Reward Credits are separate from Savings Credits and are part of the VIP Membership Platform rewards experience.Members may earn credits through eligible activities within the platform, including the Membership Referral Program.Your available rewards and referral activity can be viewed through My Account.

Boomerang has been upgraded and replaced by the new Membership Referral Program.Instead of the previous Boomerang experience, members can now access their personal referral link directly from My Account → Membership Referrals.

Travel availability varies based on the destination, travel dates, property, cruise line, travel provider, and available inventory.Booking early is always recommended when you have specific travel dates or destinations in mind.

No. Many travel options can be searched and booked directly through your VIP Membership Platform.Member Support is also available when assistance is needed.Certain services, including Best Value Guarantee requests and appointments, are handled by phone.

VIP Members have access to the Best Value / Price Guarantee benefit described with the VIP Membership.Under the new VIP Membership Platform, guarantee requests are handled by phone rather than through the previous online form.Contact Member Support if you believe you found an eligible lower rate and would like your request reviewed.

Once inside the VIP Membership Platform, look for Contact Info, located near My Account.This is where members can find the appropriate contact information for platform assistance.
